Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed, shipped, or picked up.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, including product details, size, color, quantity, and shipping information.

If you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery at admin@berrybranded.cloud with your order number and clear photos of the wrong item. We will review your claim and, if confirmed, we will work with you to correct the order.
